Refunds and Returns

High Performance Nutrition, Inc. offers a 30-Day Money-Back Warranty on all HPN products* purchased directly through this site. 30-Day Warranty begins on the date the order is shipped from our facilities. 

*Products from the Ambrosia Collective & Tru Supplements line are only eligible to be returned within 30 days if they are unopened.

All return shipping charges, including without limitation, importing/exporting fees, are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be shipped with a unique tracking number. Please contact our customer representative for return instructions.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and that your refund has been processed.  A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5-7 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
