Why Getting Your Steps Is Just the Beginning
These days, seems like everyone has some sort of electronic device to tell them if and when they’ve hit 10,000 steps for the day – and not-so-quietly judging them if they haven’t.
Counting steps dates back hundreds of years, all the way back to Leonardo di Vinci. The flying machine may not have worked out so well, but he did manage to invent the first mechanical step counter.
As for the concept of getting to 10,000 steps, we have the Japanese to thank for that. Long story short: In the 1960s, a team of Japanese researchers determined that walking 10,000 steps per day could lead to about 20 kilograms of weight loss per year!
Eventually, that research was parlayed into the first commercially marketed pedometer – and the rest is beeping, vibrating, somewhat annoying history.
So, now you know. Did you get your steps today?
If so, great. But how do you really feel? Not in your head and/or heart (although that’s important too), but in your joints. And how’s your energy level?
Whatever your fitness level and/or goals may be, it’s important to think in terms of your overall health and well-being. And even if walking is your primary (or even only) source of activity, there are still plenty of other steps (see what we did there?) you can take.
For your joints, it’s all about Omega-3 fatty acids, which will help reduce inflammation, support cartilage, lubricate your joints and generally reduce pain and stiffness. So, when it’s time to move, N4 Icelandic Omega-3 Fish Oil will help you and your joints be ready.

As for your energy level (and most of the other stuff associated with aging), that’s where NAD3 comes into play.
NAD+ is important for healthy cells, but NAD3 does more than just increase NAD+ levels. It’s also proven to help your cells produce more energy (ATP) by 50% compared to other similar products. This makes your cells work like younger cells again, giving you a steady, natural energy boost, not like the jitters you might get from caffeine or other stimulants.
