Garmin Vivoactive Monthly Giveaway

This is a recurring monthly sweepstakes consisting of successive entry periods (each a “Sweepstakes Period”). A separate winner is selected for each Sweepstakes Period. Entries do not carry over between Sweepstakes Periods. All times are Pacific Time. The Sweepstakes Periods are as follows:

First Sweepstakes Period (launch): begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on June 19, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 31, 2026. All methods of entry (purchase, mail-in, and online) are open during, and all entries are pooled into, this single period. One (1) winner will be drawn for this period during the first business week of August 2026.

Subsequent Sweepstakes Periods: beginning with the period starting August 1, 2026, each Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time on the first day of the calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on the last day of that same calendar month. One (1) winner is drawn for each such period during the first business week of the following calendar month. The program continues on this monthly basis until terminated by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to end the recurring program at any time on notice posted on the Website; entries already submitted for the then-current Sweepstakes Period will still be eligible for that period’s drawing.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska; twenty-one (21) in Mississippi). Void outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, and directors of High Performance Nutrition LLC (the “Sponsor”), its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each, are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws apply.

There are three (3) ways to enter, described below: one (1) entry-with-purchase method and two (2) free methods that require no purchase. Each eligible entry has an equal chance of being selected. Regardless of which method is used, only one entry per person per Sweepstakes Period will be counted in the drawing. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

A. Entry With Purchase

During each Sweepstakes Period, make a qualifying purchase at [WEBSITE URL]. You will receive one (1) entry for each qualifying purchase transaction completed during that Sweepstakes Period. The amount of the purchase does not change the number of entries received: each qualifying purchase transaction equals one (1) entry, the same number received through each free method below. A purchase is not necessary and will not improve your chances of winning.

A qualifying purchase excludes taxes, shipping, gift cards, and returned or refunded orders. If an order is returned or refunded for any reason, any entries received in connection with it are void.

B. Free Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

During each Sweepstakes Period, on a plain 3” x 5” card, legibly handprint: “High Performance Nutrition Garmin vivoactive Monthly Giveaway”, your first name, last name, complete mailing address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and date of birth. Mail the card to:

High Performance Nutrition LLC, Attn: Garmin Giveaway, 265 Briggs Ave, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

Each valid mail-in card received counts as one (1) entry. Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the applicable Sweepstakes Period and received within five (5) business days after the end of that period to be entered into that month’s drawing. No mechanical reproductions. Entries submitted by anyone other than the entrant are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible mail-in entries.

C. Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary)

During each Sweepstakes Period, visit the Official Rules and entry page at [RULES/ENTRY PAGE URL] and complete the online entry form. Provide your first name, last name, email address, and any other required field, then submit the form. You will receive one (1) entry per Sweepstakes Period for completing this form. Your entry is valid upon submission; no confirmation email or other follow-up action is required for the entry to count.

LIMIT: one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household, per Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Where multiple methods are used, only one (1) entry per person per period will be counted. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.

Sponsor may send a confirmation email after entry. Receipt or confirmation of an email is for communication and list-management purposes only and is not a condition of a valid entry. Your entry counts upon submission of the entry form, whether or not you open or click any confirmation email.

One (1) prize will be awarded per monthly Sweepstakes Period: one (1) Garmin vívoactive 5 Smartwatch. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $270.00 USD. Total prizes awarded across the program depend on the number of monthly Sweepstakes Periods held. The prize cannot be transferred, assigned, or substituted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Period. The prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty (except any manufacturer’s warranty). Garmin Ltd. is not a sponsor of and is not associated with this sweepstakes.

For each Sweepstakes Period, one (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that period, conducted on or about the 5th business day of the following month by Sponsor or its designee. The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry within 10 business days of the drawing.

The potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability and publicity release, and any required tax forms (IRS Form W-9) within 15 days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the stated time, fails to return required documents, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. By accepting a prize, a winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, city, state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, or for any technical or network failures of any kind. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these rules. If the sweepstakes cannot run as planned for any reason, Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it and select winners from eligible entries received prior to the action taken.

This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Garmin, Apple, Google, Meta, Shopify, or any social media platform. Entrants release each such party from all liability.

This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at privacy policy. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information for administration of this sweepstakes and, where consent is given, for marketing purposes. California residents have additional rights described in the privacy policy .

For the name of the winner of any monthly drawing, or for a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address below, specifying the month requested, within 30 days after that drawing.
